  • Day-of Coordination: We step in on your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly, managing vendors and timelines.

Think of it like ordering a cake:

  • Full Planning: We bake the cake, decorate it, and deliver it with sparklers.

  • Partial Planning: You baked the cake, but we step in to frost it and make it look amazing.

  • Day-of Coordination: You made everything, and we make sure no one drops the cake!

2. When should we book a wedding planner?

  • As soon as possible! The best vendors and venues book up fast—just like concert tickets, but instead of front-row seats, you get peace of mind. Ideally, reach out 12-18 months in advance, but if your wedding is next week… we love a challenge!

3. Do you work with specific vendors, or can we choose our own?

  • We have a list of amazing vendors, but if you have a favorite florist, DJ, or cake artist, we’re happy to work with them. The only vendor we don’t accept? Your cousin’s “friend” who just got a camera last week.
